"Tom's is the most professional place I have ever taken my car. Growing up I never took my car to have work done simply because shops are intimidating to women. So I always had my dad take it for me, but I read the reviews for this shop and decided I could give it a try. My first impression was wow they have a beautiful new facility that takes you entirely out of what you would imagine a shop to look like. Then when I walked in the staff said hello how can we be of assistance. They then walked me through the entire process of how they would take care of my baby!! Once I decided to have Toms take care of the car I started to receive text messages and periodic phone updates on the repairs. They even thanked me for choosing them. Once the repair was done I picked up my vehicle and it looked better than I ever imagined it would! All I all I just wanted to take a minute to write this out to personally thank the staff and let everyone know this is the best service I have ever had."

"I am always skeptical of body shops, but Tom's has been honest, reliable and timely. We have had three repairs done on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks brand new. They have been very fair and on time. The staff is friendly and they follow through."
