"The staff was super friendly and went out of their to help me. That included driving me to the bank. They were also very patient with me even though I was obviously frustrated. Would definitely recommend!!!!"

"Exceptional Customer Service! The entire staff went above and beyond for me and for that I am extremely grateful. I was involved in an accident and had no idea where to go or what needed to be done. I chose Tom's over the other popular place in Visalia and have no regrets. They took care of everything for me the minute my car arrived. In addition to their world class customer service, the detail of their work is amazing. I am extremely picky about my car and the work was done so well that you can't even tell that I was involved in an accident. I am so pleased with Tom's Body and Paint and highly recommend them!"

"A car accident is never a pleasant experience, my baby “blackie” was rear ended. Blackie was towed into “Toms Body Shop” I was greeted by a young man by the name of Christian, he explained how the whole process worked, from dealing with insurance, how long it would take_To get my baby back on the road. Blackie was returned to me in a timely fashion, I’d have to say the horrible experience of being in a accident finished off being a great one. I’d like to thanks the whole team at Toms!"
