- i-Car Certification
- Valid Drivers license
- No less than 5 years experience doing auto body work
- Basic computer skills

- At least 3 professional references

- Frame Rack experience
- Unit body structure experience
- Bilingual

- “Axalta” paint brand experience or knowledge
- Bilingual

Transactional Skill:
- Invoice form experience
- Credit card processing
- Money counting and handling

- CCC One Estimating and Management System experience
